The annual Benue Youth Cultural Carnival, Benue’s biggest cultural event is set to hold its sixth Carnival. The event which draws participants from accross the state is set to be bigger and better with more to offer.


The Benue Youth Cultural Carnival has become the biggest cultural event in North Central Nigeria and an ideal tourist delight soon to take its place among first class world holiday events.
Last year’s carnival witnessed


developmental and social events like the World AIDS Day which witnessed an unprecedented 2800 participants for the charity walk and symposium, with this year promising more.


Organised by Gee-lo Entertainment in collaboration with the Office of the Executive Governor of Benue State, Youth Carnival promises a more fun filled usual week long Carnival village for its 750 daily villagers.
According to the S.A, Hon. Terfa Akem, the annual carnival jam whose attendance he acknowledges is unprecedented (last year witnessed 4,785 attendees),will this year feature


top acts in the nigerian music scene to thrill the Benue Youth.
Meanwhile the organisers of the event have also promised a fun packed and improved night for the beauty peagant. This is even as forms are already on sale.
The final finale which is the carnival procession which witnesses over 6000 participants and a record 2000 audience is surely a must attend for holiday fun seekers.
