Principal impregnates 15 year old School girl

The Principal of Federal Government College, Otobi in Oturkpo local
Government Area of Benue State, Mr. Dennis Okengwu Igbokwe has
allegedly impregnated an SSS1 student of the school in which abortion
was also carried out with his sponsorship.
atiterkula gathered that the Principal who has been
dating the girl in secret, led a contingent of students to the just
concluded Unity School Games held in Ilorin the Kwara state capital in
March but asked the girl to wait for him so as to return in his car.
A staff of the College who plead to remain anonymous further told our
correspondent at Otobi that the said Principal lodged with the girl at
a Hotel just to return to the school two days after the event was
officially closed and warned the victim not to reveal details of their
affair to the public.
Our correspondent revealed that the girl became suspicious of
pregnancy and complained to the Principal who later prescribed some
drugs and gave her money to carry out abortion which was successfully
carried out by medical personnel in the area.
The cat was however let out of the bag when she revealed her ordeal to
some of her mates who told her that any abortion without ‘evacuation’
will result to permanent infertility or death following which she
reported the matter to the Parent Teachers ssociation (PTA) with the
drug prescription sheet.
It was learnt that Mr. Igbokwe who was in Abuja for a promotion
examination is still absent from the School two weeks after the
exercise for the fear of probably facing the wrath of the community
and the students.
The Principal it was also gathered had collected various sums of money
from 13 students of the school meant for registration of West African
Examinations Council for 2011/2012 academic year but diverted it to
his personal use.
Several attempts to reach him proved abbortive as several calls put
across to his GSM 08037019148 for his response, as he switched off or
could not be pick his phone.
